Biography
Anika is a Senior UX Designer at Research Collective, a healthcare and medical device Human Factors and User Experience consultancy in Tempe AZ.
Anika’s superpower is the ability to balance big picture thinking with attention to detail. With over 15 years as a User Experience generalist, she can handle projects from discovery research and strategy, through branding, UI design, and usability testing.
She was the first graduate of the master’s degree in UX from Arizona State University, and previously received bachelor’s degrees in Visual Communication Design and Psychology from ASU.
Anika is passionate about applying UX to help those who help others by specializing in products for healthcare, education, and social impact. She enjoys mentoring UX students and professionals and regularly speaks at UX events.
