Riley Gervais is a Human Factors Engineer for Tensentric, a medical device, in-vitro diagnostic and life science design, development, and manufacturing firm located in Boulder, Colorado. Riley received her B.S. in Chemical and Biological Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Since joining Tensentric, Riley has been trained in user experience and human factors engineering as applied to medical devices and has led many human factors efforts ranging from preliminary analyses and formative evaluations to final human factors validation and regulatory submission. Riley is passionate about user-centered design that not only brings safe and effective products to market, but curates a delightful user experience.
