Alexandra Benbadis (Senior Human Factors Specialist) received her MS in Human Factors at Tufts University and has taught two semester-long human factors courses at Tufts University as a visiting professor. She currently works at Emergo by UL where she applies human factors engineering to the development of medical devices and combination products, with a particular focus on injection devices and instructional design. Alexandra has experience planning, managing, and conducting usability tests throughout the device development process as well as applying human factors design principles to conduct expert reviews of products and their instructional materials.
