DescriptionAs one Human Factors engineer embedded within a large healthcare system, there are a wide variety of patient safety improvement initiatives on which I have the opportunity to partner. During this session, I will discuss three digital interface case studies. While all three aimed to increase patient safety, the projects spanned very different environments, interface types, end-users and user research methods. All required very quick turnaround and were successful in incorporating end-user feedback in revamped designs.
